Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays, weekends, or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days unless Special Saturday Delivery is selected.
Saturday Delivery
We offer Special Saturday Delivery for £15.

Missed Deliveries & Lost Parcels
If a parcel is dispatched and delivery is missed by the customer, resulting in loss or damage, UK Vapor World can provide compensation or refund up to £100 per order, subject to courier investigation.
